6. Castings and Opportunities
- ModelMore facilitates connections but is not a party to any agreements between models and brands.
- We do not guarantee the legitimacy of any casting or opportunity posted.
- Users are responsible for verifying opportunities and conducting their own due diligence.
- Payment arrangements are between the model and brand; ModelMore is not responsible for payment disputes.
7. Premium Features and Payments
- Premium subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan.
- Advertising credits are non-refundable once used.
- We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by ModelMore and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Users will find suitable opportunities or talent
- All content posted by users is accurate or reliable
- The Platform will meet your specific requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelMore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ModelMore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification.
14. Governing Law
